在全球纺织产业加速向绿色低碳、智能制造、循环经济转型的背景下，2026国际纺织标准技术创新大会暨第十九届纺织服装前沿科技研讨会与研究生论坛将于2026年11月17-19日在中国上海隆重召开。本届大会以国际纺织标准与前沿科技创新为核心，汇聚行业学会、国内外高校、科研院所、龙头企业的专家学者、行业精英及青年学者，搭建高水平学术交流与产学研合作平台，共同探讨纺织科技的前沿突破与产业变革方向，助力培育纺织领域新质生产力。

As the global textile industry rapidly shifts toward green, lowcarbon, smart manufacturing, and circular economy models, the 2026 International Conference on Textile Standards and Technological Innovation & the 19th Symposium and Graduate Forum on Advanced Textile and Apparel Technology will be held in Shanghai, China, on November 17–19, 2026. With a focus on international textile standards and emerging technologies, the conference will gather leading experts, academics, industry elites, and young scholars from trade associations, universities, research institutes, and top corporations worldwide. The conference will offer a premier forum for scholarly exchange and industryacademia collaboration, addressing frontier research and transformative trends, and fostering the development of newquality productive forces in textiles.

大会以“标准引领·科技赋能·绿色智造”为主题，围绕纺织产业链的关键技术创新与标准体系建设，聚焦少水/无水染色、智能纺织材料、AI工业应用、纤维膜创新、废旧纺织品回收、国际标准开发、时尚科技、无机纤维复合材料及智能装备检测等前沿领域，设立专题分论坛。会议将通过主题演讲、分论坛报告等多种方式，为与会者提供深入探讨与交流的平台。大会同期设立研究生论坛，为青年学子提供学术展示与思想碰撞的舞台，鼓励研究生围绕科研热点交流成果、启迪创新。

With the theme “Standards-driven, Technology-enabled，Green Smart Manufacturing ”, the conference will focus on key technological innovations and the development of standard systems across the textile industry chain. A series of thematic subforums will be organized, covering the following areas: low‑water/waterless dyeing, smart textile materials, AI industrial applications, fiber membrane innovation, waste textile recycling, international standard development, fashion technology, inorganic fiber composite materials, and intelligent equipment testing.. Through keynote speeches, sub‑forum presentations, and other interactive sessions, the conference will provide a platform for in‑depth discussion and exchange among all participants. Graduate Forum will be held during the conference, offering young scholars a stage to present their research, exchange ideas, and inspire innovation on cutting‑edge scientific topics.

本次会议采取线上注册报名，请参会代表于2026年11月10日前扫描以下二维码填写参会信息完成注册报名，（会议期间的所有通知将通过会议系统发送）。

五、会议费用及发票

1.会议费

收费标准：普通代表1500元/人；中国纺织工程学会会员代表1200元/人（学会会员需提供会员号方可以会员身份缴费）；学生代表750元/人。

Fee standards: Regular delegates 1,500 RMB/person; China Textile Engineering Society member delegates 1,200 RMB/person (members must provide their membership number to pay as a member); Student delegates 750 RMB/person.

（2）银行汇款

线上注册完毕后，在2026年11月10日前可选择银行汇款方式。汇款时请在附言中注明“纺织标准技术创新大会+参会代表姓名”。线上注册时请在系统中填写开票信息，会务组将按照填写的开票信息开具电子发票。

After completing the online registration, you can choose the bank transfer method before November 10, 2026. When transferring, please indicate 'Textile Standards and Technology Innovation Conference - Participant's Name' in the remarks. 1.论文提交方式Paper submission method：

（1）提交论文电子word版和论文基本信息登记表电子版（附件1）

Submit the electronic paper (word version) and the basic information registration form (electronic version, see Attachment 1).

（2）邮件标题为：作者所在单位+姓名。论文命名为“作者所在单位+姓名+论文标题+中文/英文+主题方向”，发送至投稿邮箱（fzlt2022@163.com ），稿件录用结果将用电子邮件另行告知。

Submitted papers should be sent to fzlt2022@163.com, and the subject is: the author's organization + name. The title of the paper is "Institution of the author + Name + Title + Chinese/English + Topic direction". The acceptance result will be notified separately by email.

2.注意事项Submission Guidelines

中文、英文稿件均可，请严格参照会议论文标准格式（附件2），论文征稿截止时间：2026年10月8日。如有问题请发送电子投稿信箱（fzlt2022@163.com）
